Welcome to the Learning Resource Center (LRC)
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) was first established in September 1996 by three devoted and passionate founders; Mrs. Beth Noujaim, Mrs. Maha Helali and Dr. Nasser Loza, with a dream and endeavor to provide diagnostic and consultative services for children and adolescents who are experiencing an extensive array of learning difficulties; thus giving hope for both parents and children. The LRC has served more than 6000 families since 1996.
To assure integration of assessments and therapies, the LRC includes a range of specialists who work together to provide services at the LRC including Psychologists, Behavior Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Educational Specialists.
Referrals are received from all over Egypt and the Center can also see patients from overseas. If we are not able to assist, we will attempt to provide other suggestions or referrals. We can refer parents to consultant physicians whom we have found to be sensitive to the needs of children who have a wide range of learning difficulties. This approach allows for integrated therapy efforts for children and families.
