We proudly invite you to attend the 16th Educational Conference, Beyond Barriers, the aim of which is to get an opportunity to share and disseminate ideas, research findings, academic and field-level experiences about Inclusive Education from different perspectives.
During this intensive day’s lectures and workshops, you will have the opportunity to meet more than 300 participants from diverse perspectives in the field of Education, which will promote your interaction with prominent specialists and greatly expand on your network of professionals.
Objectives of the Conference
To raise awareness of Inclusive Education among stake holders, policy makers and the general public as an inclusive approach to education.
To share and promote innovative and best practices in inclusive education.
To introduce Inclusive educators to tools and strategies that support and widen students’ participation.
Expected Outcomes of the Conference
Improve access of children and students with disabilities to curriculum and participation learning and play activities.
Change the attitude of teachers towards teaching children with disabilities as members of the learning groups inside and outside the school and university.
Promote best practices.
Targeted Audience
This highly exciting and challenging 16th Educational Conference, Beyond Barriers, is intended to be a forum, discussion and networking place for educators, special educators, therapists, rehabilitation social workers, psychologists, physicians, teachers, parents, academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, educational leaders, policy makers, advanced students, and others interested in education, …etc.
The official languages of the conference are English and Arabic. Attendance of more than 300 participants is expected. There will be 13 English and 8 Arabic lectures or workshops, with 7 parallel sessions running at a time.
